London Police arrest intoxicated man in possession of drugs at Wal-Mart

LONDON KY—On Sunday, May 15th at 5 a.m. London Police responded to a call at Wal-Mart regarding an intoxicated male. Through investigation, Jamie N. Sizemore, 27, was arrested.

When Officer Stephen SparkInmateImg052016ZZZ88007_05152016070757s arrived he noticed Sizemore’s slurred speech and lack of balance. Upon arresting Sizemore, Officer Sparks located a plastic bag containing marijuana within Sizemore’s pants pocket. Through a search at the Laurel County Detention Center, a round sealed container hidden within Sizemore’s body was recovered.

Discovered within the container was 1.3 grams of methamphetamine, 24-2mg Xanax bars, and one 30mg Oxycodone.

Sizemore was arrested and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance excluding alcohol, possession of marijuana, first-degree promoting contraband, two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, and third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
