LONDON KY—At 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10th London Police were notified of a male exposing himself inside the Dollar General Store on North Main street.
Brandon M. Collier, 28, of East Hwy. 1376 entered into the Dollar General Store and began walking around. Several customers complained that he was saying things to them and making them feel uncomfortable. Collier then walked up to the store manager and exposed himself to her. He then exited the store and entered the Sav-U-Mor store and began harassing customers. He quickly left the Sav-U-Mor and began walking towards the Speedway gas station.
“When I arrived at Speedway the subject was being loud and disorderly,” said London Police Officer Steven Sparks.
Collier was arrested and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center. He was charged with first degree indecent exposure, of the first offense, and second degree disorderly conduct.
