LONDON KY—The London Police Department arrested Alvardo Humberto, 40, of London on Tuesday, August 18th at 1:27 p.m. following a traffic stop for no brake lights. Upon further investigation, Police discovered he was in violation of more than one law.
During the traffic stop at West 1st Street, Police detected that Humberto was pulling a stolen utility trailer and failed to produce a driver’s license. Humberto was arrested for theft by unlawful taking of more than $500 but under $10,000, having no driver’s license in his possession, and no brake lights.
Huberto was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center following his arrest.
