On Wednesday, Oct. 11th London Police were notified that Halloween decorations were stolen from Helping Hands Chiropractic Clinic on East 4th Street at 12:02 a.m. Through investigation, Ian Tyler Mounts, 18, of London was arrested.
Officer Mike Holliday investigated the theft and confronted Mounts on Thursday, Oct. 12th about the decorations and he admitted to taking the
m. The clinic assisted officers in identifying the subject by providing color video surveillance. The decorations were recovered and returned to the clinic.
Mounts was arrested and charged with theft of over $500 and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
