LONDON KY—On Saturday, November 11th London Police Det. Daniel Robinson made a traffic stop for a registration violation and discovered that the two individuals in the vehicle were involved in an ongoing theft investigation. Brandy Radcliffe, 27, of London and Toby Radcliffe, 39, of Keavy, Ky. were arrested.
The 2008 silver Chevy Cobalt that Brandy was driving at the time of the arrest is a suspected vehicle used in other thefts. Through investigation, it was determined that Brandy and Toby were living with Joseph White, 41, of London who was wanted by Probation and Parole for violations. On Monday, Nov. 13th Det. Jessie Williams and Ofc. Mike Holliday arrested White while searching for stolen items involved in the ongoing theft investigation at a pawn shop.
A search warrant was obtained for White's residence where suspected stolen property was recovered.
Joe White's wife, Tanya White, 40, of London was arrested by Det. Williams on Wednesday, Nov. 15th for retaliating against a participant in a legal process, a class D felony.
- Brandy Radcliffe was charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license, first and second degree possession of a controlled substance, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, methamphetamine, six counts of fraudulent use of a credit card under $500, receiving stolen property under $500 and a probation violation. More charges are pending.
- Toby Radcliffe was charged with first, second and third degree possession of controlled substances; buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; six counts of fraudulent use of a credit card under $500, and receiving stolen property under $500. More charges are pending.
- Joesph White was charged with parole violation, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and 11 counts of theft of medical records a class D felony. More charges are pending.
- Tanya White has more charges pending.
All were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
