LONDON KY—London Police Officers Jordan Hopkins and Eric Stallard responded to a shoplifting complaint at Walmart on Sunday, Nov. 22nd that escalated to the arrest of Tommy C. Lamb, 37, of Tyner, Ky.
Lamb was concealing $101.08 of merchandise in his jacket then proceeded to exit the store without making a purchase. Through investigation, Ofc. Stallard located a small clear baggie containing a white powdery substance believed to be methamphetamine.
Lamb was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500, and first degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (methamphetamine). He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
